Refund Policy

At Seeuly, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you. Our Refund Policy is designed to make the return and refund process as seamless as possible.

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that items that have been used or are damaged are not eligible for return, unless they are defective.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at voxenshopllc@gmail.com. Provide your order number along with the reason for the return, and we will guide you through the return process. Once your return request is approved, we will send you the necessary instructions for returning the product.

Refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item. Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please note that partial refunds may be issued for items that are damaged, opened, or not in their original condition.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, you must return the original item and place a new order.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
